Lead end-to-end commercial and contract management for subsea/offshore projects: review and interpret contracts, drive tendering, pricing, negotiations, cost analysis, and dispute resolution. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure contract compliance, project mobilization, HSE, quality, and financial governance. Prepare commercial memoranda, maintain costing databases, support audits and field inspections, and liaise with vessels and clients to protect company commercial interests.

Drive long-term growth in assigned industry verticals by developing market strategies, building executive relationships, identifying and closing complex enterprise opportunities, and serving as subject-matter expert. Lead cross-functional efforts, maintain pipeline and CRM, represent the company at industry events, and travel frequently to support strategic customers and market development.

Lead embedded security efforts across product, engineering, and infrastructure teams: drive S-SDLC, threat modeling, pen testing (web, mobile, cloud), red teaming, vulnerability management, SIEM/monitoring, incident response, tool integration, and mentor security team members while influencing the security roadmap.
