Maintain existing patterns, use Python and SQL for data analysis and validation, deploy verified patterns to production, and monitor accuracy. The role involves working with large, complex, incomplete datasets and collaborating with VIN engineering, data engineering, and analytics teams.

Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions across contracts, manage vendor payments and inquiries, prepare monthly AP reports and account analyses, maintain financial records, verify employee reimbursements, support AP software and end users, recommend process improvements, and liaise with finance, program staff, funders, and vendors.

Drive new business within a designated territory through prospecting, networking, and channel partners. Own full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation, close, post-sale implementation, and client relationship management. Maintain CRM pipeline and forecasts, meet sales quotas, deliver presentations, analyze data to inform strategy, and travel frequently for client meetings and events.

Lead donor cultivation, stewardship, and corporate giving initiatives across an assigned portfolio. Grow monthly giving and donor pipelines, manage text campaigns, deliver presentations and tours, write proposals and acknowledgements, record interactions in Raiser's Edge NXT, and mentor team members to support revenue growth and donor experience.

The Nameplate Support Tech provides support for nameplate requests, operates nameplate machines, evaluates templates, trains team members, and maintains procedures.

Manages aged accounts receivable and outbound collection efforts, contacts clients regarding overdue balances, processes payments and refunds, documents account activity, resolves payment issues, monitors DSO, manages potential bad debt accounts, prepares reporting, and collaborates with Finance, Sales, and Client Services teams.

Provide administrative and operational support for fundraising: process gifts, maintain donor records in Raiser's Edge NXT, generate donor acknowledgments, assist reconciliations and reporting, support campaigns and events, and contribute to database cleanup and departmental process improvements.
