Supports the delivery of multidisciplinary industrial installation projects, coordinating mechanical, electrical, and other trades. Responsibilities include project scheduling, client liaison, site coordination, RAMS and Permit to Work compliance, resource and materials planning, progress reporting, and monitoring risks, variations, and opportunities. The role supports projects up to and exceeding £1 million and is intended to develop the successful candidate toward a full Project Manager position.

Maintain a SharePoint intelligence hub and use AI-enabled tools and automation to accelerate research and repeatable reporting while validating sources and prioritizing high-impact work.

Gather and document business and functional requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, translate needs into technical specifications and user stories, and support delivery with developers, QA, and project managers. Conduct requirements workshops, process mapping, system testing, UAT, implementation, and process improvement. Produce stakeholder documentation, reports, and presentations while operating in Agile/Scrum environments.

Own strategic enterprise customer relationships from post-sale transition through adoption, integration, retention, renewal, and expansion. Build adoption and mutual action plans, establish MBR/QBR/EBR cadences, develop executive relationships, quantify value realization, lead commercial conversations, cross-sell products, identify expansion opportunities, and relay customer feedback into product strategy.

Lead willingness-to-pay research for AI product strategy assessments across private equity portfolio companies. Design conjoint and Van Westendorp studies, conduct supporting interviews, recruit non-customer respondents, manage panel and survey tools, perform statistical analyses, apply AI-assisted research methods, and communicate defensible pricing insights to non-technical executives and AI strategists.

Lead the company’s finance function across US GAAP reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax planning, compliance, audits, cash flow, and internal controls. Manage and develop the finance team, provide strategic financial insights to executives, and oversee financial operations across North America. Lead the migration from QuickBooks Online to Microsoft Business Central, including data conversion, reporting architecture, and user adoption.

The position involves course set-up tasks such as mowing, watering, and maintaining golf course conditions. Requires six months of prior grounds work experience.
