Supports the Business Office Manager with daily facility financial operations, including billing and collections, payment posting, deposits, accounting controls, month-end closing, accounts payable invoice processing, accruals, and maintaining accurate financial records. Develop manufacturable mechanical designs for low- to medium-voltage switchgear, including sheet metal panels, structural supports, barriers, and copper bus assemblies. Create 3D models, drawings, bills of materials, assembly drawings, and cut sheets using Autodesk Inventor. Collaborate with electrical, manufacturing, project management, sales, and field service teams to resolve technical issues, improve quality, reduce costs, and support production. Frequent production-floor visits and regional travel are required.

Provides administrative HR support, including new-hire onboarding, employee record maintenance, Paycom data entry, credentialing support, licensure tracking, MVR reporting, internship administration, and documentation management. Collaborates with employees, managers, leaders, and departments while handling confidential information and ensuring records meet organizational requirements.

Leads the Paid Media function by developing multichannel advertising strategies, overseeing campaign execution, optimizing performance and ROI, managing budgets, and analyzing campaign data. This role also develops team talent, establishes scalable processes, supports client proposals, ensures technical quality, and drives continuous improvement across Google, Meta, DV360, Amazon, TikTok, and other platforms.
