As a Staff Software Engineer at Addition Wealth, you will architect systems, lead product development, and improve user experiences using modern technologies.

Create punchy, 30-second-or-less short-form political videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Produce new daily clips, edit using mobile tools, present on-camera with clear, energetic delivery, and optimize content for sharing and engagement. Both full- and part-time contract roles; pay based on experience and output.

Design and develop firmware for MCUs/SoCs, implement control algorithms for power electronics and MPPT, collaborate with hardware and cross-functional teams, perform board bring-up, debugging and verification using lab tools, document designs, use Git/CI/CD and AI-assisted coding tools, and deliver reliable consumer power products.

Lead a full‑stack engineering team to build scalable frontend and backend systems, make architectural decisions, prioritize the product roadmap with stakeholders, build data pipelines for ML, support deployments and DevOps, and manage external engineers to deliver product objectives.

Lead full sales cycle for Microsoft Azure enterprise accounts, generating pipeline via inbound/outbound and partner channels, collaborating with Microsoft and internal teams, forecasting in CRM, driving customer events, and advocating customer needs to shape product and GTM strategy in the FinOps space.

As a Business Development Representative, you'll engage homebuyers, manage a sales pipeline, collaborate with Loan Advisors, and provide feedback to enhance the customer experience.
