Defines requirements, improves products using field feedback, and mentors junior engineers.

Build and deploy real-time computer vision and perception systems for autonomous aerial platforms. Responsibilities include classical computer vision, deep learning, sensor calibration and fusion, embedded model optimization, field testing, evaluation infrastructure, hardware selection, and flight-data analysis. The role owns deliverables end to end, collaborates across teams and customers, and mentors engineers.

Manage and maintain network and cloud infrastructure across German offices, administer VS-NfD and IAM, run cybersecurity tooling (endpoint, SIEM, vulnerability, phishing), drive defense compliance and certifications, support infrastructure projects and office build-outs, document configurations and policies, and act as senior escalation for security, access and infrastructure issues.

Lead a specialized engineering team in integrating hardware with software solutions, manage deployments, and oversee technical strategy for customer engagements.

Create product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement for Auterion's autonomy, robotics, and defense solutions. Partner with product, engineering, BD, and marketing to produce web content, campaigns, presentations, one-pagers, and launch materials. Adapt messaging for defense audiences and global markets, ensure technical accuracy, support events and demos, and measure content performance to improve communications and enablement.

Manage end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, logistics, warehousing, scheduling, and order management. Optimize processes, maintain ERP configurations and reporting, drive SOPs, monitor KPIs, resolve supply disruptions, manage freight/customs partners, and support daily operations and cross-functional projects to ensure timely deliveries and inventory control.

Maintain and enhance AuterionOS on Nvidia Jetson and ARM64 hardware: add drivers, optimize performance, write tests and docs, provide L3 customer support, and collaborate across product and engineering teams.
