Coordinate property utility account transfers between owners and utility providers. Gather client and account manager information, schedule transfers, input account data into the Conservice database, educate clients about payment processes, and act as point of contact across multiple properties.

Provide administrative and enablement support to Sales Leaders and the Revenue team: manage calendars, travel and expenses, assist with commission reconciliation, maintain CRM and pipeline data, prepare reports and presentations, execute ABM outreach (LinkedIn, direct mail), support sales enablement tools, coordinate meetings and documentation, and assist cross-functional projects to drive sales operations efficiency.

Own and deliver multiple bulk internet service implementations from contract through PMS integration, resident communications, go-live, and handoff. Drive time-to-market, manage stakeholders and ISP partners, enforce scope, ensure data integrity across systems, meet KPI targets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve successful launches.

Design, develop, and maintain web applications, console apps, and RESTful APIs using C# and JavaScript. Collaborate on agile teams, perform code reviews, build internal tools, troubleshoot front-end issues, and deploy to Azure/Jenkins. Improve processes, follow best practices, and support CI/CD pipelines.

Partner with PayOps leadership to build and maintain operational dashboards and reports, analyze team performance, identify root causes of deviations, deliver actionable insights, and improve reporting processes. Perform daily data collection, train cross-functional team members, and serve as an operational backup to support strategic goals.

Investigate and resolve outstanding check payments, ensure payments reach vendors and are applied correctly, correct double payments, recover funds with internal teams, and communicate with vendors and stakeholders.

Manage EDE setup integrations between client software and Conservice, communicate with clients and internal teams, troubleshoot data flow issues, and own projects to resolution. Requires Excel and Google Workspace proficiency, attention to detail, and 2+ years office experience.

Plan and support enterprise-level client projects: develop scope and timelines, maintain documentation and trackers, define roles and escalation, support pilots and transitions, track status, run client check-ins, and identify operational gaps for process improvement.

Manage utility invoice issues to prevent service disconnection: request payment extensions and expedited payments, verify postings, request missing invoices, pursue late fee removals, and follow up on disconnect notices.

Process and upload electronic utility invoices into the Capturis Billing application, map non-EDI data files, manage electronic templates, correct invoice inconsistencies, and communicate with providers about data changes to ensure accurate billing.
