OverviewExposure Managers are the point of contact regarding active exposures for Conservice. These exposures include payment errors made by Conservice, provider, and client errors. Exposure Managers effectively and efficiently resolve all client concerns with exposures within their management portfolios. At Conservice we value critical thinking, as this will help us resolve exposures in a timely manner. This position provides an opportunity to gain experience in some of the financial aspects of Conservice as well as working directly with clients.
Responsibilities- Research into potential overpayments when alerted by other departments within Conservice
- Determine the sources of overpayments within the bill-paying process
- Make corrections as needed to recover funding from clients or providers as needed
- Work with other teams as it relates the recovery process
- Communicate clearly and frequently with clients

- Capacity to recognize numerical discrepancies contained within financial records
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel and Google Drive
- Capability to quickly learn and adapt to new computer software
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload so the most important tasks are completed first
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
