Support and lead development of new manufacturing processes and equipment, drive NPI and DFM reviews, ensure tooling/gauging and quality requirements, assist supplier QA, manage equipment installations and projects, compile manufacturing documentation, perform process problem solving and risk assessments, and uphold 5S and Lean principles while liaising with customers and suppliers.

Lead new product design and development, review and approve drawings, support products through lifecycle, develop manufacturing processes and fixtures, analyze inspection data, drive cost reductions, and mentor engineering staff.

Support engineering team by designing assemblies, assisting system and product testing, performing data collection/analysis, participating in design reviews, and helping with R&D and minor assembly tasks as assigned.
