Job Description
1. Lead technical coordination with vendors: specifications, design reviews, FAT/SAT, installation, commissioning, and validation.

2. Provide multi-disciplinary technical support in:

2.1 Precision laminating & automated assembly (servo control, fixtures, force systems)

2.2 AOI/AVI vision systems (lighting, camera, algorithms, inspection standards)
AOI/AVI视觉系统（光源、相机、算法、检测标准）
2.3 MES/IIoT integration (data collection, traceability, connectivity)
MES/IIoT集成（数据采集、追溯性、系统互联）
3. Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues; implement permanent corrective actions and preventive maintenance strategies.
诊断复杂机电软故障，实施永久纠正措施及预防性维护策略。
4. Develop technical documentation (SOPs, manuals, reports) and drive continuous improvement using OEE/downtime data.
编写技术文档（SOP、手册、报告），基于OEE/停机数据分析推动持续改进。
5. Support team training, knowledge transfer, and standardization/ modularization of equipment.
支持团队培训、知识传承，并推动设备标准化与模块化。

Skills Required

- Expertise in precision laminating and automated assembly including servo control, fixtures, and force systems
- Experience with AOI/AVI vision systems including lighting, cameras, and inspection algorithms/standards
- MES and IIoT integration experience for data collection, traceability, and connectivity
- Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues and implement corrective/preventive actions
