Own and scale Adapty’s Proxmox, Ceph, bare-metal, and cloud infrastructure across OVH, Hetzner, AWS, and GCP. Responsibilities include infrastructure automation with Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, and GitLab CI; resource rightsizing and FinOps; Kubernetes operations; cluster separation; reliability, incident response, and root-cause analysis; and supporting PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Aerospike data platforms.

Owns end-to-end revenue and marketing data integration, including ETL pipelines, dbt modeling, data quality monitoring, and Metabase dashboards. Analyzes SaaS revenue and marketing metrics, explains performance changes, and builds forecasting and churn-risk models. Partners with Revenue and Marketing teams to deliver reliable metrics, actionable insights, and scalable reporting.

Own the frontend architecture and development of Adapty’s Flow Builder, a complex browser-based editor for creating native-rendered mobile app experiences. Responsibilities include building canvas and layer interfaces, document models, undo/redo, autosave, versioning, concurrent editing, AI editing capabilities, configuration translation across five SDK runtimes, and accurate cross-device rendering. The role partners closely with product, design, and mobile teams while driving features from customer needs through production and measuring outcomes.

Own the Predictions, Analytics, and A/B testing products, leading a small ML team and defining the prediction engine’s roadmap, accuracy standards, and customer validation. Improve dashboard performance and determine how to deploy existing ML capabilities. The role requires hands-on technical judgment, strong mathematics and classical machine learning knowledge, product ownership, SQL proficiency, and accountability for measurable outcomes.

Owns product quality for a complex client-server web application and mobile SDK ecosystem. Responsibilities include writing test cases and acceptance criteria, clarifying requirements, executing end-to-end, regression, integration, and exploratory testing, assessing release risks, maintaining reusable test coverage, and improving testing infrastructure across backend, frontend, SDK, and native mobile platforms.

Own a portfolio of 30–40 mobile app clients, guiding onboarding, integration, funnel and paywall optimization, product adoption, retention, expansion, and cross-sell opportunities. Analyze subscription monetization and user acquisition performance, recommend A/B tests, resolve technical questions, gather customer feedback, and act as a strategic growth partner while driving commercial outcomes.

Lead the product organization and roadmap for Adapty’s multi-product SaaS business. Build products for app developers, scale product processes and reporting, co-own product P&L, establish product metrics, and partner with sales and marketing on shared growth goals. The role requires strong product leadership, complex product delivery experience, business judgment, analytical prioritization, and excellent communication.
