Partner with Operations, Technology, Finance, and Actuarial to translate business needs into reporting requirements, identify process gaps, drive corrective actions, and maintain audit-ready QC documentation to support compliance and continuous improvement.

Lead Entra ID platform strategy and roadmaps, design and deliver workforce authentication (SSO, MFA, conditional access, PAM), automate IAM processes, drive governance and adoption, coordinate with stakeholders, manage risks, and report IAM maturity and metrics.

Lead end-to-end execution of Agile marketing campaigns: prioritize intake, facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, manage workflows, produce reporting, and enable cross-functional teams to deliver on timelines and outcomes.

Analyze life insurance and annuity product specifications, create technical documentation, develop and execute test strategies and cases, maintain testing tools, troubleshoot illustration system issues, manage defects and enhancements, and produce accurate product illustrations for unsupported products/policies while collaborating with developers and stakeholders.

Develop and maintain desktop and web applications for life insurance illustrations using .NET stack. Translate business and actuarial requirements into code, perform unit testing, participate in code reviews, collaborate with actuaries and stakeholders, and identify process improvements to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
