We’re actively seeking a talented Agile Marketing Program Manager to join our Marketing Strategy team within the Consumer Markets Division (CMD) in Newport Beach CA.
How you’ll help move us forward:
Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives, from intake through delivery
Partner with campaign managers, strategists, team leads and stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, campaign milestones and outcomes
Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, escalate issues when needed, and keep work moving
Agile Facilitation & Team Enablement
Act as a Scrum Master and Agile coach for marketing teams
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including campaign huddles, working groups, stand-ups, campaign prioritization, refinement, and retrospectives
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability
Help teams clarify ownership, surface issues early, make decisions, and maintain momentum
Stakeholder & Communication Management
Bring structure and clear next steps to complex work, competing priorities, and open decisions
Ensure alignment and transparency throughout the campaign lifecycle
Provide clear and concise updates to marketing leadership on progress, priorities, risks, blockers, milestones, and outcomes
Build trust with cross-functional partners through strong facilitation, follow-through, transparency, and professional communication
Process Optimization & Workflow Management
Design and improve workflows to enhance efficiency, visibility, and team effectiveness
Lead intake and prioritization processes for new marketing campaign initiatives
Create and maintain campaign documentation, decision logs, action trackers, and campaign status views
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce friction, and scale campaign execution best practices
Tools, Reporting & Visibility
Build and manage workflows in tools such as Adobe Workfront and Monday.com
Develop dashboards and reporting to track campaign progress, metrics, and campaign performance
Maintain campaign roadmaps and provide visibility into key initiatives and launches
The experience you bring:
Experience leading marketing campaigns, programs, or initiatives in an Agile or hybrid environment
Background as an Agile Marketing Manager, Program Manager, Project Manager, Marketing Operations Manager, Marketing Scrum Master, or similar facilitation-focused role
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution
Strong facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast-paced work environments
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Adobe Workfront or Monday.com
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches) and how to apply them flexibly
Excellent communicator with the ability to engage both team members and senior stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to bring structure, clarity, and alignment to complex initiatives

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Advanced CSM
PMP (Project Management Professional)

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
