The role requires strong Boolean, X-Ray, GitHub, and passive-candidate sourcing skills, along with recruiting analytics, AI and automation use, coordination, and independent management of multiple hiring priorities.

Own and scale Fireflies.ai's affiliate ecosystem by recruiting, onboarding, and growing affiliates and partners; design commission structures and co-marketing campaigns; create partner assets; track performance, conversions, and revenue; collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Revenue to drive measurable customer acquisition and ROI.
