As a Photolithography Process Engineer, you will develop and modify InP-based lithography processes, oversee equipment introduction, and assist in ramping production capacity from pilot to full-scale manufacturing. You will work on project planning for new concepts and process improvements while ensuring timely execution.

The Epitaxy Process Engineer is responsible for developing and modifying InP-based epitaxy processes, setting growth conditions, and introducing new equipment to ramp up production capacity. Tasks may include project planning involving new concepts, equipment automation, and development of improved processes.

The Tests Specialist will coordinate product validation and qualification testing, develop jigs and fixtures for global pilot lines, and automate testing systems. Responsibilities include analyzing testing results, handling optical and electrical measurement equipment, and collaborating across teams. Process documentation and technical reporting will also be required.
