- Reporting to Manager to drive RMA with all cross functions start from receiving the RMA till ship back to customer and ensure the RMA is closed properly.
- Work closely with internal team on requirement for RMA orders to plan, schedule and completion of RMAs.
- Create RMA 8D report in Agile, providing all requested information to FA owner and monitor RMA processing within internal team.
- Update RMA schedule and status in Oracle on target completion date, tracking information for customer and internal communication.
- Schedule RMA sales order in Oracle and communicate with CSP and other related function to resolve any issues concerning the requirement.
- Updates databases and prepares appropriate paperwork.
- Escalation of issues to ensure RMA’s keep moving forward and do not halt for long periods.
- Focal point for ensuring that all RMAs are tracked, providing status updates, following through to timely to meet customer expectation and satisfaction.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic or optical manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong collaboration with cross functional team
- Good command in English communication reading, writing, and speaking.
