Coach on plan design, carrier strategy, compliance (ACA, ERISA, COBRA), RFPs, and proposals; join client calls; build training materials; track onboarding milestones and producer performance; and coordinate cross-functional resources to drive retention and early production.

Support the Employee Benefits Producer by generating new business and maintaining existing group benefits policies. Serve as primary contact for clients, prospects, agency, and carriers; prepare proposal presentations and manage carrier relationships to ensure timely processing and client satisfaction.
