Position Summary:  The Receptionist, you will make an impact by assisting our clients with their risk management and insurance needs each and every day.

Supervisory Responsibilities:  None
Essential Tasks:

  • Greet all visitors that come into the office
  • Maintain tidiness of lobby and common areas
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Identify opportunities to engage with customers
  • Enthusiastically engage in company culture and corporate goals
  • Identify complex requests and triage to designated service team or carrier
  • Maintain updated customer files including policy information, correspondence, and contact information
  • Order office supplies as needed 
  • Assist Account Managers as needed

  • Walking, bending, sitting, reaching and stretching in all directions
