Provide commercial legal support including drafting and negotiating API agreements, MSAs, DPAs and terms of service; lead GDPR and global privacy compliance; support corporate governance, M&A and funding processes; advise on product and marketing compliance; build legal workflows and deliver cross-functional legal training; act as trusted advisor to commercial, product and corporate teams to enable growth while managing legal risk.

Drive enterprise implementations by scoping technical solutions, architecting API-based integrations, managing stakeholder alignment (including C-suite), executing end-to-end testing and enablement, providing VOC to Product, troubleshooting integrations, and mentoring junior team members to ensure successful SaaS adoption and operational efficiency.
