Your Impact:
As the Head of IT and Procurement, you will lead our global IT infrastructure and vendor management strategy, playing a pivotal role in optimizing our internal operations. You will design and execute strategies to streamline global hardware provisioning, negotiate SaaS contracts, and ensure our global teams have the secure tools they need to succeed in our high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in either our Ghent, London or Madrid office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.
What you will do:
Strategic IT Leadership (approx. 25%): Execute a global IT strategy aligned with company growth plans. Partner with leaders to drive operational excellence, and scalable processes for employee IT journey.
Procurement & Vendor Management (approx. 30%): Own and refine the end-to-end software and hardware procurement lifecycle. Negotiate enterprise contracts for our internal GTM and engineering stack to maximize ROI and ensure budget predictability.
Systems Administration & Security (approx. 20%): Establish data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance across all internal systems. Partner with the Security team to implement robust zero-trust network policies and endpoint management.
Asset Management (approx. 15%): Build models to evaluate discounting and vendor deal structures, and measure IT service performance using clear KPIs and dashboards.
Global Team Support & Innovation (approx. 10%): Manage the operational challenges of a distributed global team and support local markets with tailored hardware strategies while maintaining a centralized global structure.
What you will bring:
Core Experience: 8+ years of experience in an IT Operations, Procurement, or Systems Engineering role. You must have proven experience in a B2B SaaS company during a rapid growth phase and demonstrable experience supporting a global workforce.
Technical Proficiency: You must be an expert systems administrator with hands-on experience managing modern SaaS identity and access management tools and endpoint management solutions.
Problem-Solving: You are a data-driven strategist who can devise high-level strategy and is equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to build a workflow or debug a technical issue. You can rally people around a clear vision and build pragmatic solutions.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical and financial concepts to a non-technical audience. You are a strong "consent" builder who can motivate people across departments to align on solutions.
Skills Required
- 8+ years experience in IT Operations, Procurement, or Systems Engineering
- Proven experience in a B2B SaaS company during a rapid growth phase

- Expert systems administrator with hands-on experience managing modern SaaS identity and access management tools
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management solutions and implementing zero-trust network policies
- Proven experience owning software and hardware procurement lifecycle and negotiating enterprise SaaS/hardware contracts
- Experience establishing data governance frameworks and measuring IT service performance with KPIs/dashboards
- Fluency in English, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Legal right to work in the country where the role is based (no relocation financial assistance provided)

In order to help businesses manage their food delivery and takeout operations more efficiently, we integrate their food ordering channels in their existing POS.
