What you will do:
- Identify and engage high-potential businesses through targeted research, online tools, and strategic networking within the hospitality and foodservice industry.
- Develop a strong understanding of the operational challenges faced by Mid-Market businesses, allowing you to clearly articulate how Deliverect drives efficiency, improves ROI, and simplifies order management.
- Deliver value-based product demonstrations that directly address each prospect's pain points, showcasing the tangible benefits of Deliverect’s platform.
- Communicate complex topics—such as APIs, POS integrations, and third-party delivery platforms—in a simple, relatable way that resonates with business owners and operators.
- Confidently manage objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process to successful deal closure.
Partner with onboarding, account management, and support teams to deliver a seamless, end-to-end customer journey — ensuring each client experiences the full value of Deliverect from day one. - Occasionally travel to attend customer meetings or industry conferences.
What you will Bring:
- Fluency in English and German.
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or the restaurant technology space, ERP enterprise solutions, etc.
- Consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions that drive value.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a creative approach to solving customer challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate revenue forecasting and timely follow-ups on all opportunities.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to pivot strategies to achieve results.
Nice to Have:
- Fluency in a third language is a plus ( e.g. Italian, Dutch, French etc).
