Support Nissan Canada pricing strategy by maintaining MSRP/interest/residual comparisons, analyzing pricing trends, recommending incentives, preparing monthly reports and executive presentations, building Power BI dashboards, coordinating residual value requests with ALG, and conducting ad-hoc analyses using automotive data sources and AI-enabled tools.

Lead operational governance for product teams, drive incident management and post-incident improvements, manage vendor strategy and RTB budgeting, implement automation and resilience, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high availability and operational excellence.

Lead accessory identification and development for current and future vehicle programs. Manage portfolio, pricing, forecasting, supplier relationships, VPC operations, inventory and lifecycle, KPIs, and data for Nissan and INFINITI accessories to ensure launch readiness and profitability.

Manage base pay, merit increases, and incentive programs for Nissan North America; conduct market assessments; support compensation strategy, plan design, performance-based pay administration, and hiring salary recommendations. Collaborate with global teams and report program effectiveness to HR leadership.

Finance business partner for Aftersales & Service leading budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, variance analysis, financial modeling, KPI/dashboard creation, reporting automation, process improvement, and strategic financial recommendations to senior leadership.
