Summer Analysts will perform due diligence, financial and LBO modeling, market research, and prepare investment memoranda on fund, co-investment, and secondary opportunities. Responsible for daily reconciliation of performance reporting vs third-party administrator cash flows, resolving variance breaks with SPAR/TPAs, recording stock sale transactions, producing quarterly cash flow and NAV reconciliations, setting up new fund commitments in the reporting system, corresponding with General Partners on accounting/reporting issues, and supporting ad hoc projects.
