The role requires strong communication, instructional design, organization, public speaking, and hands-on experience with generative AI tools.

Produces and reviews private debt portfolio reporting and analytics for institutional clients. Analyzes performance, exposures, cash flows, and data quality; investigates discrepancies; supports reporting automation, visualization, process improvements, and private markets data infrastructure. Partners with investment, accounting, research, and investor relations teams while providing technical guidance to junior staff.

Support regional business development by analyzing CRM data, leading cross-functional projects, consulting with financial advisors, recommending private wealth product solutions, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Drive market share growth through advisor education, competitive positioning, and continuous performance analysis.

Supports responsible investment and ESG activities for infrastructure and real asset investments globally. The role evaluates sustainability risks and opportunities during due diligence and post-investment, develops client and investor materials, conducts research, analyzes financial models and forecasts, monitors regulatory and industry trends, and advises investment teams, clients, managers, and portfolio companies.
