Provide administrative and analytical support for project cost controls in EPCI projects. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, change orders, weekly/monthly reporting, basic variance and trend analysis, cash flow maintenance, and cost control system updates while working under direct supervision.

The Principal Instrumentation & Controls Engineer leads design teams in analyzing and developing instrumentation and control solutions, manages project resources, interfaces across disciplines, and ensures compliance with engineering standards.

Procures materials for construction and energy projects, manages RFQs, vendor selection, POs, and purchase order administration. Coordinates with engineering, QA/QC, accounting, warehouse and vendors; maintains vendor base, monitors performance, supports bid pricing, expedites orders, and ensures compliance with procurement policies.

Provide executive-level financial support to Qatar leadership: prepare board-ready presentations and dashboards, lead forecasting, business planning, and performance monitoring, deliver insights on cash flow, collections, profitability and working capital, and automate reporting using Excel, Power BI and AI tools to support decision-making.

Administer and develop McDermott's Saviynt IGA platform: onboard applications, build integrations/connectors, implement workflows, run certifications/audit reporting, manage upgrades/patching, troubleshoot, analyze data, and recommend process improvements including AI-enabled enhancements.

Manage, track, index, archive, and distribute project documents and metadata using EDMS and MS Office. Support lead document management, follow project information procedures, and identify improvements.

Develop detailed and conceptual instrumentation design drawings and 3D models (clash-free), produce deliverables per project procedures, perform discipline and inter-discipline checks, review vendor drawings, support construction/fabrication and commissioning, mentor junior designers, and maintain design documentation and schedules.

Lead mechanical design activities for offshore facilities including conceptual, FEED and detailed design; prepare calculations, reports, and specifications; coordinate with disciplines, procurement, fabrication and construction; review vendor submittals; manage scope changes and budgets; mentor junior engineers and provide technical direction.

Lead and deliver instrumentation design for oil & gas projects: produce 2D/3D drawings and models, ensure clash-free designs, coordinate discipline interfaces, manage deliverables, budgets and schedules, mentor designers, review vendor data, support construction/commissioning, and drive QA and change management processes.

Lead and execute mechanical engineering design from conceptual/FEED to detailed design for oil and gas projects. Produce calculations, reports, vendor evaluations, procurement support, reviews, and coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces. Mentor engineers, act as discipline lead on projects, manage schedules/budgets, attend FAT/site surveys/HAZOPs, and ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.
