Job Overview:
A digitally enabled finance professional who combines strong accounting foundations with advanced data analytics skills, capable of transforming large volumes of financial and operational data into meaningful insights for executive leadership. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot Premium, and is recognized for delivering accurate, timely, and decision-focused reporting that supports operational excellence and strategic growth. He should possess the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
ResponsibilitiesKey Tasks and Responsibilities:
Executive Finance Support
- Provide financial support to the Qatar Location Vice President and Operations Head.
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations, dashboards, and board-ready summaries.
- Support operational reviews, business planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Develop insights on project cash flows, collections, disbursements, profitability, and working capital.
Essential Qualifications and Education:
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline together with a professional qualification preferred (CA or equivalent).
- Minimum 8–12 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
- Experience supporting senior leadership and operational management teams.
- Experience within EPC, Oil & Gas, Construction, Energy, or Project-based environments preferred.
Critical Technical Skills / Mandatory Requirement (Non-Negotiable):
Candidate must possess expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a proven ability to leverage Excel, Power BI and AI Tools to automate reporting, perform advanced analytics, and provide decision-focused insights to executive leadership.
