Leads engineering scope and technical execution for complex energy projects. Develops project execution plans, coordinates multidisciplinary and multi-office teams, manages cost, schedule, budget, quality, changes, interfaces, and contractual requirements. Supervises project engineers and discipline leads, supports proposals, communicates with clients and management, resolves complex technical issues, and oversees project closeout. Requires extensive project engineering management experience across international, brownfield, greenfield, and field-based projects.

Translates statistical and forecasting analysis into actionable recommendations, executive presentations, and analytical briefs for senior HR leaders. Partners with HR teams and HRIS analytics to improve data quality, KPIs, reporting solutions, and adoption of predictive and cloud-based analytics technologies.

Lead and support global payroll and ERP implementations, resolve payroll processing issues, manage payroll interfaces and timekeeping systems, create reports and campaigns, collaborate with finance and IT teams, support testing and automation, and communicate project/status to stakeholders.

Lead ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB architecture, driving CMDB transformation into a governed, service-aware, AI-enabled system of record. Design Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CSDM data models, integrations, data governance, CI lifecycle, and align CMDB with ITSM processes while advising on automation and GenAI adoption.

Administers and customizes Hexagon S3D projects, including catalogs, piping specifications, symbols, isometrics, view styles, reports, custom commands, databases, permissions, interference rules, naming rules, filters, and review files. Troubleshoots designer issues, supports project setup and deliverables, conducts functional testing, and develops modeling best practices. Requires strong S3D administration experience, engineering or computer science education, database knowledge, and familiarity with AVEVA or SmartPlant tools.

Coordinates supplier expediting activities across assigned projects, tracking purchase orders, materials, fabrication, shipping, documentation, inspections, factory acceptance testing, and delivery schedules. Identifies supplier performance gaps and potential delays, drives issue resolution, maintains project status updates and expediting reports, coordinates quality and export compliance requirements, and ensures purchase orders and material packages are properly closed out.

Perform detailed riser design engineering and analyses (fatigue, strength, installation, clashing) under supervision; prepare calculations, design reports, sketches, review vendor data and drawings, support lead engineer, and learn standards, codes, and cross-discipline requirements.

Lead and optimize EPCI operations and project delivery, drive process improvements, manage schedules/budgets, ensure compliance and quality, provide technical guidance, and coordinate stakeholders across large-scale engineering, procurement, construction, and installation projects.

Perform FEED, studies, and detailed naval architecture design and analysis under supervision. Prepare design calculations, reports, and MTO reviews; coordinate with engineers and designers; learn company processes, codes, and inter-discipline requirements; support cost-awareness and HSE/TQM practices.
