Collaborate with pricing, purchasing, supply chain, logistics, marketing, credit, and customer service teams while resolving customer needs and traveling as needed.

Supports general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end close, financial and management reporting, audit requests, and compliance with U.S. GAAP. The role researches discrepancies, prepares financial schedules and workpapers, collaborates with operational teams, assists with process improvements and internal controls, and contributes to special accounting projects.

Leads daily accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, fixed assets, reconciliations, and financial close. Ensures U.S. GAAP compliance, accurate reporting, and strong internal controls; supports audits, budgeting, forecasting, acquisitions, and ERP initiatives. Supervises and develops accounting staff, analyzes variances, partners across departments, and drives process improvements and automation.

Provides financial analysis and support to senior leadership through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, enterprise reporting, and strategic projects. Prepares leadership, board, and lender reports; leads OneStream efficiency initiatives; validates and analyzes data; maintains financial models; and develops automated analytical tools. Partners cross-functionally to improve operational performance and deliver actionable recommendations.
