We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Houston team and provide outstanding support to our candidates internal teams. In this role, you’ll support full-cycle recruitment for assigned business areas and play a critical role in ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent.
What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, review job requirements, and support the development of job postings and recruitment strategies.
- Conduct intake discussions to clarify role expectations, qualifications, and selection criteria.
- Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, and internal talent pipelines.
- Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates and conduct structured phone screenings.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure hiring managers are prepared with appropriate interview materials and candidate information.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support the offer process by coordinating offer details, approvals, and candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System and related HR systems.
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and Affirmative Action requirements.
- Support recruiting events including job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Promote RelaDyne’s employer brand through professional candidate engagement and consistent communication.
- In addition to the essential job functions described above, all associates will perform duties as requested by management.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 0–5 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting processes preferred.
- HR or Talent Acquisition certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or Talent Acquisition specialty credential) a plus.
