Work directly with founders to own full-cycle sales: prospecting to close, onboard and manage customer relationships, shape GTM strategy, run market research, optimize CRM and sales infrastructure, and feed product insights to engineering. Contribute broadly across fundraising, recruiting and high-impact startup initiatives.

Own German-language outbound prospecting and lead qualification, book qualified meetings for AEs, design DACH GTM strategy, manage early client relationships, collaborate with Sales/Marketing/CS, and hit weekly/monthly KPIs while maintaining CRM hygiene and reporting.
