Support product management by intake, assessing, tracking, and documenting product requests and enhancements. Learn product pricing methodologies and collaborate with Revenue Analysts and Client Executives in a remote desk-based role.

Process client invoicing, follow up on payments, resolve billing discrepancies, maintain billing records and reports, assist month-end close, set up/change/audit client accounts, and maintain Excel and Access databases.
