POSITION SUMMARY
The Stop Loss Revenue Associate (Revenue Associate) will engage in various supportive tasks ranging from data management to preparing proposals and assisting with network analysis reporting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop an understanding of group medical stop loss product offerings, grasp basic group underwriting principles, and learn the methodologies to appropriately price Allied’s products and services.
- Prepare the initial Request for Proposal (RFP) pages for both new business clients and renewal contracts. This involves gathering necessary client and prospect information to create a compelling and comprehensive RFP that effectively communicates the value proposition of Allied's offerings.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Analysts to assist in the review and preparation of Allied-placed stop loss quotes for new business and renewal prospects.
- Compile and package key analytical reports for distribution by the Client Executive, carefully curating data insights that are pivotal for client decision-making and strategic planning throughout the plan year.
- Request and communicate network analysis reporting from appropriate networks to Underwriting Team members and Sales/Client Executives, aiding in informed decision-making.
- Carry out other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented approach to support Allied’s growth and retention goals.

EDUCATION
- High school diploma required or equivalent work experience
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- At least one-year administrative experience required.
- Medical Stop Loss Underwriting experience a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
