The Manager Manufacturing Engineering will lead a team in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and successful program launches in a Tier 1 automotive environment.

Lead plant-level accounting and controlling: financial reporting (local GAAP and US-GAAP), budgeting/forecasting, cost controlling, working capital and asset management, internal controls and audits, business partnering with operations, team leadership (3 FTE), and process standardization to drive cost optimization and financial compliance.

Perform statistical analysis and SPC to ensure product and process quality. Lead investigations, develop sampling plans and experiments, run reliability analyses, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Lead and deliver automation projects centered on mechanical design, special-purpose machinery, pneumatics/hydraulics and machine vision. Manage full project lifecycle: concept, specifications, CAD design, CE conformity, risk assessments, coordination of internal/external stakeholders, resource planning, commissioning and production ramp-up.

Lead and execute HR functions for a manufacturing site including performance management, benefits administration, compliance, training, talent acquisition, compensation support, records management, and HR policy implementation. Partner with leadership to improve manager and associate performance, manage HR projects and reporting, and support organizational development and succession planning.

The Senior System Engineer will design and optimize subsystems, lead problem-solving initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support product development processes.

Serve as central HR contact for managers and employees across the employee lifecycle. Handle HR administration (contracts, records, onboarding/offboarding), maintain personnel data, support HR reporting, compensation processes in Workday, collaborate with works council, participate in audits/SOX controls, and drive HR process improvements and projects.

Analyze logistics processes to identify inefficiencies and waste; design and implement process, material-flow, and IT tool improvements; manage projects to optimize warehouse utilization, inventory accuracy, and labor. Lead PFEP, Kaizen events, standardized work, and cross-functional implementation with operations, quality, safety, procurement, and NPI teams.

Support plant financial controlling: prepare monthly performance reports, budgeting and forecasting, cost and variance analysis, track KPIs and inventory valuation, assist month-end close, partner with operations on cost improvements and ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making.

The Quality Tech inspects materials and products, conducts tests, documents results, mentors junior staff, and ensures compliance with quality standards.
