Provide advanced Level 2/3 application support for MRI ProLease Enterprise, own escalations, perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot defects with development, monitor system performance, support lease accounting and financial reporting users, assist with upgrades/releases and UAT, and maintain incident documentation while ensuring timely stakeholder communication and high customer service standards.
