Manage a team of Support Analysts handling MRI Software customer inquiries. Monitor phone and e-case queues, meet SLAs and benchmarks, provide coaching, conduct quality audits, handle escalations, implement tactical plans for strategic initiatives, run performance reviews, and develop support knowledgebase documentation.

Provide frontline technical support for MRI products (Vault CRM, Secure Sign, Agora Insights). Triage and resolve Zendesk tickets, troubleshoot web apps and integrations, assist with system configuration and user management, collaborate via Jira/Confluence, document solutions, and support real estate operational workflows.

Support business and platform teams with systems analysis, data collection and organization, gap analysis against an AI operating model, and preparation of structured inputs for AI projects. Research AI tools, document integrations and workflows, assist with quality checks, and help produce analysis, reporting, and project documentation.

Design, build, test, and maintain Salesforce-based automated workflows that translate AI decisions into case creation, routing, updates, and resolutions. Integrate REST APIs and AI/chatbot outputs with CRM workflows, collaborate with platform and AI teams, document logic, and monitor automation reliability while identifying opportunities to automate manual support processes.

Lead analytics to identify churn risk and drive retention through predictive insights, executive dashboards, KPI tracking, and cross-functional reporting. Produce executive-ready presentations, ensure reporting accuracy across data sources, support forecasting and operational planning, and streamline reporting processes to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
