Analyze large datasets, identify valuable data sources, preprocess structured and unstructured data, visualize trends, and build/validate machine-learning models for classification, detection, and prediction. Perform IREG roaming tests per GSM standards to set up and validate roaming partners. Troubleshoot SS7, switching, SGSN/GGSN, and SMSC issues; manage test plans, schedules, and process controls; support roaming implementations and customer interactions.

Provide escalated technical production support for servers, applications, and infrastructure. Troubleshoot complex incidents, lead problem management, monitor system and application health, analyze logs/metrics, coordinate internal and third-party resources, perform benchmarking and UAT, and implement corrective actions to optimize performance and reliability.

Senior individual contributor responsible for hunting new customers and channel partners, developing market opportunities, negotiating and closing complex deals, maintaining pipelines, coordinating internal resources, preparing sales reports, and supporting customer/partner growth and retention.

Validate high-volume messaging billing, execute settlement reconciliation, and manage dispute lifecycle across global carriers. Support revenue assurance, month-end close, audit deliverables, SLA/KPI monitoring, and cross-functional coordination for messaging monetization and billing accuracy.
