As a Senior Customer Support Engineer at Incorta, you will provide post-sales support, solutions, and advocate for customer needs. Responsibilities include resolving non-technical and technical customer inquiries, assisting in troubleshooting complex issues, and contributing to knowledge base enrichment. The role requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, along with experience in supporting analytics and BI software products.

Implement the Incorta platform against complex project requirements, learn platform features and best practices, teach users, define project scope, write technical design documents, work in cross-team environments, report to Solution Engineer Lead.

Responsible for collecting data, creating detailed reports, and managing systems and reports to ensure smooth operations within the sales and professional services teams.
