Provide technical application support for Logi Analytics products: troubleshoot and replicate customer issues, configure IIS and server components, write SQL, work with REST APIs, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), .NET/C# and front-end frameworks. Coordinate with product and engineering and document best practices.

Lead a small team to establish a Quality Center of Excellence, coach ~700 engineers on test pyramid and automation best practices, aggregate portfolio quality metrics, prioritize risk-based engagements, drive DORA improvements, and evaluate AI-powered testing tools to improve test reliability and feedback velocity.

Serve as the primary technical liaison for EMEA partners, supporting Jet products and BI solutions. Provide technical guidance, manage POCs, respond to RFPs, resolve escalations, deliver trainings and presentations, and collaborate on roadmap and product feedback to improve implementations and reduce support costs.

Provide pre-sales technical support for Power ON product: lead discovery, design, and demos; prototype solutions using Power BI and SQL; assist with RFPs, SOWs, and cross-team feedback to inform product roadmap.

Lead a small scrum team as hands-on technical authority, writing and reviewing full-stack C#/.NET, Angular, and Oracle code; run sprint ceremonies; drive AI-first tooling adoption; manage and develop 4–5 engineers; coordinate cross-functional delivery and client engagement.

Design and maintain ELT/ETL pipelines and cloud data warehouse models, build Power BI reports, apply AI tools to accelerate data workflows, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver reliable analytics and data governance.
