Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing Automation team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting marketing processes within our martech stack, including lead routing, building segmentation lists, building emails, auditing 3rd party integrations, list importing, webinar set up and supporting database hygiene. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses a strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools, has a knack for data analysis, and thrives in a dynamic, creative problem-solving environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field.
2+ years of marketing experience and proficiency in marketing automation tools (ie: Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo) and CRM (ie: Salesforce, Dynamics)
Familiarity with webinar platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, familiarity with project management software.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and cleanliness.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements.
Self-starter who can work cross-functionally to get what they need from stakeholders to manage projects and drive to completion.
Prior experience in a B2B software company is a plus.
What will you do?
Own lead routing rules and maintain automation that supports the lead lifecycle (capture, qualification, handoff). Monitor in real time and prioritize based on revenue impact. Troubleshoot technical errors that impede speed to lead.
Marketing segmentation: build and manage dynamic audience & suppression lists in support of marketing campaigns.
Email management and execution: Monitor email queue via project management software, build templatized emails working with growth marketing to optimize based on individual campaign goals.
Technical tool administration for list imports, data transformation, and marketing automation execution.
Manage third-party vendors for data, automation, and webinar platform.
Management of third-party agency, including delegating appropriate tasks based on team capacity and training on insightsoftware processes
Reporting - Own the build and communication of monthly email performance. Provide analysis on performance and trends.
Additional Responsibilities
Devise and execute A/B and multivariate email testing. Analyze results, report and communicate key findings.
Own and lead cross functional projects in support of strategic marketing efforts such as improved segmentation, lead scoring, email preference management.
Take a lead role in our cross-functional Pardot tactical team to educate and actively communicate with the growth marketing for better coordination across teams.
Take lead in our nurture strategy, be the subject matter expert in engagement studios and how best to utilize in support of growth marketing goals.
Proactively identify and recommend process improvements in the lead lifecycle.
Document marketing operations processes for internal/external audiences.
Manage marketable database health: hygiene, normalization, subscription management.
Actively participate in cross-functional sessions that require Marketing Operations expertise.
The salary range in United States of America for this position is 54,000.00 to 67,000.00 USD Annual.
For sales roles, this range includes the commission target. For non-sales roles, this is a base salary only range; additional bonus eligibility may apply.
