Lead and scale EBANX's global AML program across multiple jurisdictions. Own KYC/KYP/KYE, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, investigations and SAR/STR reporting. Manage correspondent bank and regulator relationships, conduct enterprise AML risk assessments, and report to executive leadership and the Board. Build and coach a high-performing AML team and partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Risk to embed risk-based controls while applying automation and analytics to improve effectiveness and customer experience.

Support the Head of Revenue Strategy in executing cross-functional revenue initiatives. Orchestrate projects, maintain documentation and dashboards, conduct commercial and financial analysis, research market trends, and prepare succinct, executive-ready materials for CRO and C-suite audiences.

Manage technical relationships with merchants by monitoring payment platform performance, investigating incidents using SQL, APIs and log tools, resolving transaction issues, communicating escalations, and driving product and operational improvements. Support implementations, track KPIs (volume, approval, chargebacks), and collaborate with product, engineering, fraud and commercial teams to optimize payment solutions.

Manage and prioritize a project portfolio to ensure alignment with company strategy. Plan, monitor, and control projects for on-time, on-budget delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, enforce PM methodologies, prepare executive reports, and drive governance and continuous process improvement to maximize business value.
