The Premier Sales Executive will drive sales for Prudential's Group Insurance, build client relationships, review proposals, and conduct educational sessions. They will collaborate with various teams to negotiate pricing and enhance customer experience.

Lead front-end design and delivery of scalable React/TypeScript UIs, build reusable component libraries, integrate with .NET/Python backends and SQL/NoSQL stores, define front-end architecture and standards, drive CI/CD and Azure deployments, and lead/mentor a small engineering team to ensure performance, accessibility, security, and maintainability.

Lead design and delivery of Microsoft Fabric and Azure-based data lakehouse and warehouse solutions. Own data ingestion, ETL, modeling, governance, security, CI/CD, and Power BI integration. Architect GenAI/RAG solutions, mentor a small engineering team, define standards and playbooks, and partner with business and tech stakeholders to execute multiple concurrent implementations.

Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud data and AI solutions. Create ETL/ELT pipelines, implement data quality and modeling, use PySpark/SQL, deploy ML models, enable semantic search and RAG, expose services via APIs, contribute CI/CD, and ensure data governance, security, monitoring, and documentation while collaborating with stakeholders.

This role involves providing administrative support, managing contracts, processing payments, arranging travel, and ensuring the office operates smoothly.

Support the end-to-end investment process for private credit secondaries: source and execute LP-led and GP-led transactions, perform bottom-up credit analysis and financial modeling of borrowers and funds, prepare investment memoranda, monitor portfolio holdings and valuations, and assist with deal sourcing, fundraising, and strategic initiatives.

Perform accounting, reconciliations and analysis for multiple asset classes; support monthly and quarterly close, ensure financial statements comply with GAAP/STAT, reconcile systems to custodians and Oracle GL, assist SOX audits, collaborate with business and tech partners, and participate in system initiatives and special projects.

Act as the primary product expert for financial professionals in the independent broker-dealer channel, driving territory profitability through sales execution, marketing, and relationship management. Use phone and virtual tools to answer product questions, proactively present opportunities, and support clients in offering Prudential annuity solutions. Develop business plans and increase market presence.

Lead development, structuring and launch of institutional private real estate products. Drive cross-functional execution across investment, legal, tax, operations and distribution, prepare committee-ready materials, manage product pipeline, identify and mitigate product risks, and ensure post-launch operational readiness and regulatory/tax compliance.
