This internship supports Tradeweb’s Reliability and Observability Engineering team. Responsibilities include building telemetry pipelines, developing React/TypeScript monitoring tools with Python and Kotlin services, managing Terraform infrastructure, deploying to AWS Kubernetes environments, creating dashboards and alerts, expanding monitoring coverage, analyzing telemetry costs and performance, and participating in code reviews and agile ceremonies.

Support Japanese buy-side clients with platform and product questions, trade monitoring, issue resolution, connectivity, onboarding, user training, and post-trade configuration. Coordinate with sales and client back- and middle-office teams, participate in workflow discussions, maintain procedures and documentation, and ensure systems are ready for daily trading. The role requires strong client service, organization, multitasking, financial markets interest, Japanese fluency, Microsoft Office proficiency, and self-motivation.

Lead security architecture strategy for a supported business line, promote secure design patterns, conduct end-to-end architecture reviews, prioritize vulnerability remediation, and guide teams on code and system security. Develop security blueprints, manage cyber risk decisions, collaborate with technology, compliance, and audit teams, and communicate risks and controls to regulators, clients, and technical and non-technical stakeholders across regional operations.

Sell Tradewebs equities product suite (ETFs, single stocks, options/futures, convertibles) to European buy-side clients. Build pipeline, manage client relationships, support existing clients, produce reports and marketing materials, attend conferences, and stay current on market and competitor developments to drive growth.

The IAM Engineer will design, implement, and support client identity and authentication capabilities, focusing on security and compliance. Responsibilities include building federated authentication, managing identity flows, and ensuring secure integration patterns for client-facing applications.

The Director of Enterprise Risk Management will lead ERM for EU and UK operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and supporting risk assessments and oversight, while collaborating globally.

Support investor communications, maintain financial datasets, analyze performance trends, develop presentations, and enhance processes through automation and AI tools.
