Who will you work for?
As a finance and accounting intern, you will have exposure to key business and finance leaders while developing your business and financial acumen. You will gain valuable real-world finance experience through a mix of core finance/accounting work, such as analyzing financial data, to strategic projects.
Innovation is a key focus across Tradeweb’s CFO organization. Throughout the internship, you may have the opportunity to contribute to projects exploring how AI can be applied within Finance and Accounting. This may include identifying opportunities to improve existing processes, increase efficiency, enhance data analysis, or support more informed decision-making. Interns are encouraged to bring a fresh perspective and think creatively about how emerging technology can help shape the future of the CFO organization.

The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $22.00 - $25.00 hourly based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
