The Platform Engineer will handle installation, configuration, and support of operating systems and networks, ensuring system performance and reliability, while participating in disaster recovery tests and technical decision-making.

Partner with senior stakeholders, mentor UX designers and researchers, and deliver scalable user-centered solutions for complex financial services workflows.

Lead embedded risk management for digital asset and tokenization initiatives by partnering with product, operations, and technology teams. Identify, assess, monitor, and report risks; establish KRIs; lead incident root-cause analysis and remediation; design and validate controls; enable compliant product development; and improve GRC data, automated testing, and analytics to support proactive, data-driven risk decisions.

Provide 2nd/3rd-line application support: manage incidents/change using ITIL, lead major incident calls, troubleshoot production issues across mainframe and cloud, collaborate with development and infrastructure teams, maintain runbooks, dashboards, certificates, support audits, and identify automation opportunities.

Monitor, detect, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity events; lead investigations, perform digital forensics and eDiscovery, mentor junior staff, contribute to exercises and process improvements, participate in on-call rotation and occasional travel (~10%).

Own the IT problem lifecycle: identify, investigate, and close problems via root cause analysis, coordinate permanent fixes with technical teams, use analytics to find trends, ensure ITSM procedures and reporting compliance, and collaborate with Incident and Change Management to prevent recurrence.

Lead test strategy and execution for the Enterprise Architecture Platform (EAP), validating data accuracy from source through integration pipelines to Power BI dashboards. Manage test planning, test case design, execution, defect management, UAT coordination, release readiness (smoke/regression), production triage, quality metrics reporting, and continuous QA process improvement.

Design, develop, and support enterprise Appian BPM and workflow solutions. Build process models, SAIL interfaces, record types, expression rules, integrations (REST, databases), reports/dashboards. Participate in architecture, Agile delivery, CI/CD, testing, production support, troubleshooting, documentation, and mentor junior developers.
