Lead and grow an 8–10 person software engineering team to build and iterate Verily Me, the consumer front door. Drive planning, execution, and delivery of full‑stack web products, provide technical guidance, collaborate cross‑functionally, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Design, implement, and automate scalable, secure, cost-efficient cloud infrastructure (primarily GCP/AWS) using IaC and GitOps. Define cloud requirements, enforce architecture standards and compliance (HIPAA/GDPR/FedRAMP), build observability and incident management for high availability, reduce operational toil via self-service automation, and evangelize cloud best practices across engineering teams.

Design, implement, test, and deploy scalable, secure software systems. Lead feature development and influence architecture. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams. Build data ingestion and processing pipelines and solve complex health‑tech engineering challenges.

Develop and deliver scalable, reliable front-end and back-end features for Verily's consumer health platform. Diagnose and fix complex defects, own project delivery from concept to production, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and design data-driven, user-focused experiences that scale.

Own Life Sciences commercial marketing: synthesize Verily's portfolio into problem-first messaging, build sales enablement ('pitch-in-a-box'), drive segment campaign strategy to accelerate pipeline, influence product roadmap using customer insights, and scale delivery using AI-driven tools.

Lead Verily's centralized IT organization, set IT strategy and roadmap, recruit and mentor technical teams, and oversee enterprise architecture, applications, networking, device management, program management, and IT support. Collaborate cross-functionally to evolve corporate systems, drive productivity and AI automation, and ensure integration with security and compliance.
