Provide high-level administrative support to a system executive or leadership team: manage calendars, email, travel/expenses, meeting coordination, presentations, stakeholder liaison, project/task tracking, and potentially supervise other administrative staff while maintaining confidentiality and sound judgment.

Lead category strategy and execution for healthcare sourcing: develop strategies, manage suppliers and contracts, deliver savings targets, perform market analysis, support implementation with operations and field teams, and streamline contract governance and procurement processes.

Support and maintain accounting systems and data flows, resolve errors, perform root-cause data analysis, validate reports/general ledger data, train and advise accounting and finance users, and act as subject-matter expert on system functionality and integrations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
