Provides administrative support to the RESPA team and loan processors, including generating loan documents and disclosures through Encompass and DocuSign, handling client outreach and inbound call overflow, processing client updates, preparing management reports, and covering administrative duties during staff absences.

Build and optimize reporting pipelines, data flows, databases, and reporting infrastructure. Create complex SQL reports, SSRS dashboards, stored procedures, views, schedules, and automated distributions. Investigate data-quality issues, develop analytics tools, improve reporting processes, and support cross-functional business needs. Review requirements, prioritize information needs, and mentor and quality-review junior analysts.

Own mortgage loan files from submission through funding, serving as the primary contact for wholesale brokers and borrowers.
