Outbound sales role managing an assigned retirement-plan book. Identify and cultivate prospects, manage sales cycle, deliver phone/web presentations, partner with external sales, maintain CRM data, resolve escalations, and drive revenue growth while demonstrating deep retirement-plan and ERISA/IRS knowledge.

Perform daily cash and unit reconciliations for non-qualified plan trusts, ensure asset/liability hedging, research and resolve discrepancies, recommend financial adjustments, manage participant payments and tax documentation, assist trust setup, perform QA reviews, and improve reconciliation controls and processes while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Lead and grow engineering, QA, DevOps, support, and data architecture teams to deliver scalable, secure software. Drive agile delivery, CI/CD, IaC, SRE, test automation, and platform initiatives. Operationalize AI with governance and production patterns, ensure compliance and security, manage budgets and vendors, and align technology strategy with business outcomes.

Manage creation and maintenance of fund lists and corporate action processing for nonqualified plan liability recordkeeping. Oversee fund-specific earnings processing, resolve transactional issues, coordinate with vendors and operational teams, and serve as a subject-matter expert and mentor. Ensure adherence to SOPs, data confidentiality, and high-quality, timely service.

The role involves planning and implementing participant communication and engagement strategies for retirement plans, ensuring effective education programs, and maximizing participation rates.

Support and manage strategic team-selling initiatives by creating tailored sales presentations, coordinating presentation teams and internal stakeholders, participating in demos and site visits, and following up to refine future team-selling needs across multiple retirement product lines.

Lead and deliver transformation projects, manage stakeholders and vendor relationships, implement BPM (Pega preferred), drive ROI, leverage ML/RPA tools, hold Black Belt certification, and support US shift timings.

Process defined contribution plan transactions (loans, distributions, census, trust accounting, 5500, valuation imports); train and coach team members; set strategy and monitor goals; review processes; meet productivity, volume, and quality metrics; reconcile accounts and accurately handle high-volume work. Flexible to day/night shifts.

Support Investment Management by extracting and validating Morningstar and other data, producing monthly/quarterly performance reports and factsheets, maintaining investment databases, ensuring data accuracy for audits, and liaising with Morningstar and internal teams.

Perform QC and advanced operational and financial analysis for offshore 529 plan administration using Kofax and Unite. Verify cheque scans, reconcile accounts, resolve exceptions, prepare reports, support audits, collaborate with onshore teams, and lead process improvements and automation while protecting confidential data.
