Lead and support operational launches for new and existing alternative investment products. Assess operational build capacity, document decisions and action plans, coordinate cross‑functional inputs, review legal/product documentation from an operational perspective, establish dependencies and readiness targets, and maintain the EOS dashboard through transition to run teams.

Support onboarding and platform management for private wealth distribution partners. Coordinate cross-functionally (Legal, Compliance, Ops, Marketing, Client Service), prepare RFPs/DDQs and presentation materials, maintain CRM and reporting, analyze fundraising and engagement metrics, and assist rollout of products and platform initiatives.
