This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.
We are hiring an Associate, Global Private Wealth, National Accounts - Platform Enablement. The principal function of this role is to support the Global Private Wealth National Accounts team in the management and enhancement of private wealth intermediary relationships. The Global Private Wealth National Accounts team is responsible for developing and growing HarbourVest’s client base in the wealth channel through new platform relationships and through increased engagement with current clients. The National Accounts Associate will collaborate closely with senior team members to assist with day‑to‑day operational workflows related to onboarding new partners and maintaining platform infrastructure, producing high-quality presentation materials, fulfilling RFP/DDQ requests, and coordinating distribution partner activities.

Platform & Relationship Execution
- Support onboarding activities with distribution partners
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure client requirements are met
- Track and manage agreement terms, documentation, and key deliverables across relationships
- Serve as key point of coordination across internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
Strategic Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Marketing team to support the development and execution of platform-specific initiatives, campaigns and conference attendance
- Support the rollout of new products, initiatives, and platform enhancements by coordinating across relevant internal groups
- Partner closely with the Client Service team to ensure a high standard of responsiveness and execution across platform relationships, and serve as point of coordination for complex client service matters
- Monitor service delivery against partner expectations and identify opportunities to enhance the overall client experience
Platform Communications & Materials
- Support preparation and submission of RFPs, DDQs, and ad hoc due diligence requests with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate and create presentation materials for meetings and platform operational due diligence sessions, including onsite visits
- Partner with senior team members to tailor messaging for specific platforms and audiences
Data, Reporting & Internal Coordination
- Maintain and update data in the CRM system and internal tracking documents to ensure accurate tracking of platform relationships and engagement activity
- Work with the Commercial Operations team to optimize marketing campaigns, client reporting and underlying activity tracking
- Develop and enhance CRM reporting to maintain up-to-date, comprehensive coverage of all platform relationships
- Compile and analyze fundraising metrics, engagement trends, and platform pipeline activity
- Support internal communication and preparation for senior-level meetings and updates
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team

- Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Science (B.S), or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in wealth/asset management, preferably in alternative investments.

Base Salary Range$100,000.00 - $110,000.00
This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
Skills Required
- 2-4 years experience in wealth or asset management, preferably alternative investments
- Knowledge of private markets and private wealth distribution
- Experience preparing and submitting RFPs, DDQs, and due diligence requests
- Experience maintaining and updating CRM data and developing CRM reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and client-service orientation
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines
- Ability to collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and Client Service teams
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
